During the closing process had more than the usual hiccups and Kim was a rock star in helping get through them to closing. She went above and beyond my typical expectations. Kim was incredible throughout the entire process of home buying. Being a first time home-buyer I was not exactly sure what I wanted and hesitant when Kim suggested townhomes. She was able to show me the benefits of living in a townhouse community and what it could do for me as a single woman with minimal free time (no yard maintenance is a great benefit). Kim took the time to see so many houses during my time working with her. She was great at communicating and getting showings scheduled. Kim was exvelent in helping me through the process once I had chosen a home. My first offer was declined on a house that did not end up being my home and Kim helped me through the emotional part of being declined. It wasn't meant to be mine. Kim then helped me to come up with a reasonable offer for the home I did purchase. Every step of the way I had questions and Kim was more than wiling to sit and discuss. If she didn't know the answer she would reach out to another seasoned realtor for assistance. Although there were ups and down in the process, Kim was there for me and helped me find my dream home.
